NOTE: Avoid applying Retinol, Retin A products, Vit.C serums or creams 7 days before your booking. The reversal principal of action of all the Reverse Peel stages is that it pushes pigment from deeper layers of the skin to the surface. Which in couple of days after treatment might visually make the affected area and firmed crusts a bit darker, but after the skin scabs/crusts will peel off, the melasma with every next session, will be gradually getting lighter, until completely cleared. The treatment must be completed at home, by applying REVERSE SERUM. TREATMENT STAGES *The 1st stage: It is actually complete treatment of our PRX-T33 Therapy, which also known as non-invasive skin biorevitalization. The action starts with the oxidation of melanin with hydrogen peroxide and continues with kojic acid. Both substances penetrate into the deeper layers of the dermis due to the presence of TCA (trichloroacetic acid). And hydrogen peroxide modulates the inflammatory process at low concentration. *The 2nd stage: Peeling with high concentration of lactic acid and phytic acid with iron chelating action. Lactic acid reaches the basal (the deeper skin layer) and pushes the pigment from inside out without damaging the surface layers. *The 3rd stage: Hydroxy acid peeling (contains: glycolic acid, almond acid, salicylic acid) that gently exfoliates the outer layers of the skin. It also contains phytic acid chelating iron. FREQUENCY OF TREATMENT Start with at least 3 treatments at weekly intervals, and then, if necessary, increase the interval between successive treatments depending on the intensity of the melasma and the effects of improvement.
