Privacy Policy:

SkinLab is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. None of your details or information will be passed on to any third parties. This is information that is private and for SkinLab use only.

No payment details can be viewed by therapists.

By creating an account you are giving SkinLab staff and the contractors working with SkinLab, consent to:

  • View your account details that consist of your name and contact details. Contractors working with SkinLab may also put notes in our system that will be automatically attached to your profile if required. This is for Health and Safety purposes. If they experience any issues or problems with customers we have an obligation to display this information to other contractors.
  • Send you text message and email confirmations and reminders of your appointments.
  • Send you Marketing emails and Push Notifications, but you may opt out of receiving these at any point by unsubscribing to our emails or de-activating Push Notifications on your phone app settings.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your appointment, provided it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment time, we will refund you in full, minus 1.4% plus £20p to cover the card fee we are charged, within 2 – 3 working days. BUT if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will only be refunded exactly half of what you paid. This is also stated clearly on the Confirm Booking page when you book an appointment.
