As a Contractor working with SKINNED I fully understand and agree to the following:
*You must provide all your own equipment and products for all appointments.
*You agree that SKINNED retains between 25% to 40% of the total revenue from your customer bookings.
*All revenue earned is receivable in a lump sum on the 7th of every month, for all bookings in the month previous. This is paid by Direct Debit into the account you provide.
*All therapists MUST be qualified to provide the services they offer. If it is discovered that you have lied or faked any experience or qualifications in your application, SKINNED will immediately remove your profile.
*If you are going to be late for a booking you MUST contact the customer well beforehand and inform them. They may accept the delay or re-schedule to another time directly with you. However if they cannot re-schedule the customer has the right to cancel the booking and receive a full refund. If you are more than 20 mins late to booking and you have not contacted the customer and agreed to this later time: the customer has the right to cancel the booking.
*If you do not show to 2 bookings in the same month without any explanation or pre-warning to the customer, your profile will automatically be removed from SKINNED.
*As a contractor if you feel unsafe in attending an appointment, you may report the booking and cancel it. SKINNED will investigate the customer and location to confirm if the cancellation is valid. If it is deemed the cancellation was without merit: this will count as not showing to a legitimate booking.
*As a SKINNED contractor you must have Beauty Insurance. In the event of any of your SKINNED customers raising an injury claim against you: you acknowledge that it is your responsibility and your insurance that would cover any such claims.
*You agree that in the event of any complaint or legal claim brought forward by a person concerning services that you have provided: you as the service provider are fully accountable for any such claims. You acknowledge that SKINNED are in no way responsible or accountable for any such claims.
*As an individual: in working with SKINNED you are an independent contractor, not an employee. It is therefore your own responsibility to do your own tax returns and declare tax.
*SKINNED is not liable for any potential health and safety risks whilst performing call-out SKINNED bookings.
*SKINNED would like to make it very clear that we do not tolerate any discrimination towards race, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability or sexual orientation. If it has been discovered that you have discriminated against anyone whilst representing SKINNED: your profile will immediately be removed from the platform.
